Welcome to TechVansh
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TechVansh website, mobile views, applications, or any of our courses (together, the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform, register an account, or purchase any course. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, students, and anyone who interacts with TechVansh.
2Definitions
“TechVansh”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to TechVansh, a sole proprietorship operated by Vansh Gurdaswani, having its registered place of business at 219, Sindhi Colony, Bani Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302016, India (GSTIN: 08DUZPG8061H1ZX).

“Courses” means the digital cybersecurity and technology training programs we sell or otherwise make available, including videos, PDFs, code samples, lab walkthroughs, quizzes, and any associated materials.
“Platform” means the website at techvansh.in, all subdomains, APIs, course delivery infrastructure, and any related services we operate.

3Eligibility & Age
TechVansh is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or purchasing a Course, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
We do not knowingly sell to or collect data from minors. If we discover that an account has been created by a person under 18, we will suspend or terminate that account and may cancel any associated purchases without refund where permitted by law.
4Account Registration & Security
To purchase or access most Courses, you will need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it updated.
- Choose a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.
- Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@techvansh.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Your account is personal, non-transferable, and tied to a single individual. You may not sell, lend, gift, share, or otherwise transfer your account or course access to anyone else. One person may hold only one account.
We may, at our sole discretion, refuse registration, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we suspect a breach of these Terms.
5Course Purchase & Access
When you purchase a Course or Bundle on TechVansh, you are buying a limited license to access that content for your personal learning. You are not buying the content itself.
Access Duration
- Default access is 2 to 3 years per Course from the date of purchase. The exact duration for each Course is shown on its product page before you check out.
- Lifetime accessis available only on Courses that are explicitly marked as such on the product page. “Lifetime” means the operational lifetime of the Platform; we cannot guarantee access if the Platform itself is discontinued.
- Bundles follow the individual access rules of each included Course. If a bundle contains both lifetime and time-limited courses, each course retains its own duration.
- All purchases are one-time payments. There is no auto-renewal or recurring subscription unless explicitly stated at checkout.
- Access begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation by our payment processor.
We reserve the right to verify your identity and the legitimacy of your purchase before granting or restoring access.
6Pricing & Payment
- All prices on the Platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. International pricing, where offered, will be clearly displayed.
- Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes; this will be shown at checkout. All sales are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, PayU Money. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers.
- By submitting payment information, you authorise PayU Money (and any successor processor) to charge you the displayed amount.
- Promotional pricing, coupons, and discounts may have their own terms and expiry dates.
- A valid GST invoice will be issued for each purchase where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not retroactively affect Courses you have already purchased.
7Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
In short: because Courses are digital products delivered instantly, refunds are limited and conditional. Accounts terminated for violations of these Terms are not eligible for a refund.
8Intellectual Property Rights
Critical section
All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to course videos, PDFs, written notes, source code, lab walkthroughs, slide decks, graphics, logos, the “TechVansh” name, the look and feel of the site, and any underlying software — is the exclusive property of TechVansh or its licensors. It is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Limited License We Grant You
Upon successful purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Course Content for your own educational, non-commercial use, for the access duration associated with that Course.
What You May Not Do
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
- Download, record, screen-capture, screenshot, or otherwise copy any video lecture or DRM-protected material.
- Re-upload, rebroadcast, mirror, or redistribute any Content on any other platform, file-sharing service, Telegram channel, Discord server, GitHub repository, or website.
- Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your access to any third party.
- Use the Content to build a competing course, training program, or AI training dataset.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent any digital rights management (“DRM”) technology, including the VdoCipher protection used on our videos.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, watermark, or attribution.
Any unauthorized use immediately terminates the license granted in this section and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11Educational Disclaimer
Ethical use only
TechVansh teaches cybersecurity. Our Courses cover topics such as ethical hacking, penetration testing, vulnerability research, network security, malware analysis, and digital forensics.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for how you apply what you learn, and for complying with the laws of your country, state, and jurisdiction.
- Performing any security testing, hacking, or intrusion activity requires explicit, written authorization from the owner of the target system. “Ethical hacking” without permission is still illegal.
- TechVansh does not endorse, encourage, or assist in any illegal hacking, unauthorised access, fraud, harassment, or other unlawful activity.
- We are not liable for any damage, loss, prosecution, or other consequence arising from your misuse of techniques or tools demonstrated in our Courses.
If you are unsure whether an activity is lawful in your jurisdiction, do not perform it. When in doubt, practice only in your own lab, on Capture-The-Flag (CTF) platforms, or on systems for which you have written permission.
12Course Updates & Modifications
Cybersecurity changes constantly, so our Courses do too. To keep content current and useful, we may:
- Add, edit, replace, re-record, or remove lessons within a Course.
- Add or retire entire Courses or Bundles from the catalogue.
- Adjust the structure, length, or learning path of a Course.
- Modify the access duration of a Course in future purchases. Changes will not retroactively shorten access you have already paid for, except as permitted by law or as necessary to address abuse.
We do not guarantee that any specific Course, lesson, or feature will remain available indefinitely. Where reasonable, we will give existing students notice of significant changes.
